Reasonably clean hotel in a really clean building just next door to night markets, trains as well as the motorbikes and beach. Particularly good and stunning location, at a medium distance from The Old House of Phun Hung. Great-sized room plus with very comfortable beds. Amazing friendly and efficient staff of the property. The breakfast with different options.

The location of the hotel was amazing - not too far from Japanese Covered Bridge. The breakfast was freshly prepared with different options, the best I had in Hoi An. Modern double room, the service was exceptional.

Freshly cooked and great breakfast with different options for the start of the day. Great and perfect location for our visit to Museum of Trade Ceramics not very far from the hotel. Set in a very friendly area close enough to A Bang beach by bicycle as well as quiet.

I had a pleasant stay at a cozy hotel in Hoi An. The family running the place made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable and the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, which was a nice touch. Plus, they even had a pool! Breakfast was good too, although the options were a bit limited. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The room itself was a nice size and with terraces, GREAT AC plus balcony. The service was excellent, nothing to complain about.

Superb base for exploring Hoi An. A lot of fresh made and great breakfast items to choose from. Modern, impeccable room available with a balcony, TV, as example. The pool area is very clean too. Bicycle and scooter rentals available.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street in a neighborhood with a lot of dogs. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels. Some rooms even have terraces overlooking the pool or a little balcony. The breakfast is nice, though it could be more enjoyable if they also served water.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Our family had an amazing stay at the villa close to the city centre. We enjoyed spending time in the pool down in the common area after a 10-minute bike ride to the old town. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony view. We loved having fresh towels, free breakfast, and laundry services available during our stay. The downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom, but this didn't detract from an otherwise lovely stay.

There was no option to pay with a card, so we had to make sure we had enough cash on hand.

The hotel is great value for money, with comfortable beds and fresh towels every day, and a nice terrace overlooking the pool.

No negative aspects, just a suggestion to include water with breakfast.
